Hell Comes to Frogtown 1988

Hell is coming to Frogtown has a simple premise that leaves little room for interpretation while leaving plenty of room for one-liners — and, in some cases, dance routines that leave you in equal parts bewildered and amazed.

A provincial government was established within the fiction Hell is coming to Frogtown After learning that he is one of the last humans in existence not rendered sterile by a nuclear explosion that destroyed society at the beginning of the 21st century, Sam takes over Hell. Nurse Spangle (Sandahl Bergman), who oversees the government's repopulation efforts, forces Sam to sign an elaborate contract involving the insertion of an explosive code piece that will shock his pelvis or detonate depending on the severity of his disobedience.

Although Sam has been fully pardoned for his many crimes before his capture, he is reluctant to become a breeder whose sole purpose is to help repopulate Earth by mating with as many fertile women as possible.

At this point, I feel the need to point out the irony of the fact that the only reason Sam Hell was caught in the first place was the trail of breadcrumbs from the many pregnant women he left on his travels as a scavenger. Plus, Sam and Spangle, despite presenting a conflict, immediately show romantic tension, which allows for a healthy dose of comic relief.
