Larry Ellison, the founder of the billionaire of database Behemoth Oracle, more and more resembles a villain outside of a science fiction film. Recently, Ellison appeared at a global conference in which he encouraged world governments to fork all their data in the AI industry so that companies could use it to perfect their strong algorithm.
Bloomberg Reports to Ellison looks at the World Government Summit in Dubai, where he was interviewed by former British prime minister Tony Blair. Ellison seems to have encouraged the leaders of the world to attend to “unite” their national data and feed it to AI models, to boost AI. Ellison seems to be referring to such data such as the “missing link,” of AI to indicate that all industries really need to develop and bloom is all data from every single government in front of the planet. Bloomberg writes:
Fragments set of data about the health of a population, agriculture, infrastructure, acquisition and boundaries must unite in a single, safe database that can be accessible by AI models, Ellison said … Country with rich population data sets, such as the UK and United Arab the Emirates, can cut costs and improve public services, especially health care, along with this procedure, Ellison said .
How convenient is, then, Ellison occurs with the owner of a database company that is currently trying to measure the AI business. The new Trump administration has introduced that it will go to the AI industry and wants to build American AI businesses to make them the most dominant in the world.
