NSA Waltz offers an update on DC plane crash
National Security Adviser Mike Waltz joins “Fox & Friends” to submit an update to the collision of the US Airways plane near the capital and the Trump administration's response.
DC Fire and President EMS John A. Donkey at a press conference on Thursday that after a trade plane collided with a military helicopter, nearly 30 bodies have been recovered so far. Donkey added that the authorities do not believe that there are any survivors of the accident.
“We have regained 27 people from the plane and one of the helicopters,” he added. “Despite all these efforts, we are now at a point where we turn from a rescue process into a recovery process.”

Speaking at the same press conference, the mayor of the capital, Morel Boser, thanked the first respondents to work throughout the night in the “very cold” river to restore the bodies and search for the survivors.
