Brittany Aldean believes there is a “light at the end of the tunnel” now that Trump is back in office


Brittany Aldean is back home in Florida and is taking some time to share her experience in the presence of the president Donald Trump Opening day earlier this week.

Brittany, who was present at the historic event with her husband, country star Jason Aldean, uploaded a video of herself Instagram story On January 22, titled “My Opinion on opening expertise.”

“Back in Florida after a very long week in Mexico and then in D.C., I just wanted to jump in and say how I feel about everything and the whole experience,” Brittany began. “It's definitely a bucket list of things that you feel will never happen again.”

“I say, 'Honey, when are we going to be in this situation again?' This is amazing.’ So, you always like to pinch yourself, thinking: ‘How are we here? How did all the events in our lives evolve to put us here at our president's inauguration? So, it's kind of crazy.”

Jason performed at the Liberty Ball on Monday night, which was an event to honor President Trump.

Brittany noted that there are “a lot of things circulating on the Internet” about the Trump family and explained that the Deans have been through “a fraction of what they've been through.”

“We've made headlines a few times about things that aren't realistic and people's opinions, and people would read the headlines online and think this is the gospel, and it's not. In 2023, Brittany's husband sparked backlash By releasing “Try That In A Small Town”, a country song about small towns that couldn't stand the riots and lawlessness that many cities faced in the summer of 2020. The music video was pulled from Country Music Television (CMT) in that the time.

She also posted her story on Instagram at the time, writing: “The media…it's the same song and dance. Twist everything you can to fit your disgusting narrative. How about instead of creating stories, we focus on real stories like child trafficking” Food for thought. ”

After receiving some negative backlash over the shirts, Jason came to his wife's defense.

“I will never apologize for my beliefs or my love for my family and my country,” the country music star wrote in a comment on an Instagram post in which he appears silhouetted in front of an American flag.

“This is the greatest country in the world and I want to keep it that way,” he added, with the hashtag “unapologetic.”

Jason reiterated his comments a month later on Audacy's “Rob + Holly” show, saying he wasn't afraid of cancellation.

“I think people know where I stand politically. I'm not the guy who's going to go out there and start trying to stir the pot just to stir the pot,” he told the programme. “At some point, it got to where if you were conservative, and you were in this business, you weren't allowed to speak.”

“People will have an opinion about everything I say or think or whatever, and that's totally fine,” he continued. “You don't have to agree with me. I don't expect everyone to agree with me, but I also have a voice and an opinion like everyone else.”

Jason and Brittany got engaged in September 2014, one year after Jason's divorce from his first wife, Jessica Oseary.

The couple married in Mexico on March 21, 2015 Sharing two children: Son of Memphis and daughter of the Navy. Jason is also the father of two daughters with Oseary: Kelly and Kendyl.
