Florida ruler Ron DesantisRepublican said on Friday that the state is more than 878 million dollars to the federal government, which was trying to return Gemayel during the past few years during the Biden administration.
The Desantis Office told the US Treasury that 878,112,000 dollars will be returned to the federal government.
The ruler said that this step came after a meeting with the billionaire Elon Musk And his team in the newly formed government efficiency Ministry, or Doug.
“For years, Florida is trying to return federal funds to the federal government because of the ideological tendons attached to the Biden administration – but they have not even been able to know how to accept it,” Desans wrote on Friday on X.

The ruler's office in his e -mail told the Treasury that he would search for additional federal funds that can be returned.
The email said: “In the direction of the ruler Desantis and after his meeting with Elon Musk today, Florida officially returns 878,112,000 dollars from taxpayer dollars to the federal government as part of Dog's efforts,” the email said. “We will also continue to determine the unused federal financing or the surplus granted to Florida and determine whether more recovered amounts can be made. We hope our actions are a model for following other states.”

Musk, who also works as a senior adviser to President Donald Trump, responded to the position of ruler on X.
“Nearly one billion dollars in the reserved taxpayer money,” Musk said on the social media platform.
Desantis announced last month the creation Daiji work band in Florida “To increase the elimination of waste within the state government, provide taxpayer funds, and ensure accountability in Florida.”
