Donald Trump Becomes 47th US President: Jeff Bezos' Fiancée Lauren Sanchez On Inauguration Radar

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos' fiancee Lauren Sanchez is the center of attention for her outfit at the inauguration ceremony of US President Donald Trump. Sanchez was seen wearing a white Alexander McQueen blazer and lace corset pants with crossed lapels.

The look was considered inappropriate for a state occasion. Netizens questioned whether the look was appropriate or not, and some even said it looked pointless. Others also said that money doesn't equal class, with one user even making fun of the Amazon billionaire's wife.

“Lauren Sanchez is wearing underwear at the Capital Rotunda inauguration. Is that appropriate?” the user asked.

“Lauren Sanchez is wearing a corset bra under her jacket. Wild outfit for Trump's inauguration,” said another user.

“Looks like Jeff Bezos girlfriend Lauren Sanchez's shirt was delayed by Amazon delivery. So she just went with a jacket and a bra. Classy,” commented a third user.

“Come on Lauren Sanchez. You chose to wear a bra and jacket to the presidential inauguration? Money does not equal class. Disgraceful,” said a fourth user.

“Lauren Sanchez wore Victoria's Secret to the inauguration. Good grief,” another user joked.

“I'm all about sexy women, but that's a tacky look. She should have consulted the first lady about her outfit. Melania looks hot and badass,” the user commented.

Trump was sworn in as US president for the second time on Monday during an indoor ceremony in the Capitol rotunda. JD Vance was also sworn in as US Vice President.

The event was moved indoors due to extremely cold weather in the US. Members of the incoming Trump administration could not bring their spouses inside. Governors, including Ron DeSantis of Florida and Brian Kemp of Georgia, were ordered to view the ceremony from an ambush room.

The ceremony was attended by several world leaders and business magnates including Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, Apple CEO Tim Cook, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk and Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar represented India. In addition, Jeff Bezos donated $1 million to the Trump Inauguration Fund. Amazon also broadcast the ceremony live on Prime Video.
