Grégory Dupont has more than 25 years of experience at the highest global level. A pioneer through his university studies and diverse professional experience, Grégory is considered one of the pioneers in the connection between scientific research in sports performance services.

The Valenciennes native spent his professional career between the second division and the National with Dieppe, Tournai, Amiens and Valenciennes from 1991 to 1994.

In 1999, Grégory began a new life as a physical trainer at LOSC for eight seasons. He then played in Scotland with Celtic Glasgow as Head of Sports Science from 2007 to 2009. Time to win his first trophies (Championship and League Cup wins). In 2009, Grégory returned to LOSC as Head of Performance and Medical Department for the northern club. In particular, he established the club's research and development department, which made it possible to standardize the support provided to both players in the training center and first-team players. He was one of the actors who helped the northern club evolve towards a new era of sporting excellence, achieving a Cup Championship double in 2011.

In 2017, Grégory Dupont joined Clairefontaine to take charge of the Performance and Innovation department of the French Football Federation. A few weeks later, he joined Didier Deschamps' staff ahead of the 2018 World Cup in Russia, and with him added a new line to his list: the most prestigious world champions.
