If Zelenskyy resigns, who may lead Ukraine?

Questions surrounding the resignation Ukrainian President Voludmir Zelinski On Friday, after Senator Lindsey Graham, R-SC, suggested that he may need to step down after a dispute between him and President Donald Trump during the direct coverage.

But this was not the first time that the Republican Party suggested such a step, and it started earlier this month after Trump paid the idea after a call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Trump first said that Ukraine should take place after he claimed a lie that he only enjoyed a 4 % approval, although under the Ukraine constitution, the country cannot hold elections when martial laws are valid during the war period.

Zelenskyy, whose approval classification is closer to 63 % according to Reuters report, repeated on Friday again that he would resign if Kyiv is given NATO membership.

Ultimately, he stressed during an interview with Fox News' Bret Baier, as in the United States where “Americans vote for the US President”, just like “every European country votes for their president”, the same sovereign right is held in Ukraine – which indicates that it is not a negotiating tactic, it will allow Trump to appeal it to appeal.

But who may be in running, Zelenskyy must step down?

The former politician, who turned into a boxer who has served as the mayor of Kiev since 2014, has proven strong support among those who live in the capital, himself on the international stage.

On a trip to Brussels earlier this month, Klitschko stressed the need to stand behind Zelinski while he was offering oral attacks from the Trump administration while he was also trying to confront Putin's war.

The sound of support for Ukrainian leaders was particularly noticeable given his previous criticism of Zelinski.

During his journey last week, Klitschko stressed that the elections could “destroy the country from within” while facing existential threats from the north and on the eastern side.

According to Stefanguk, Speaker of Parliament in Ukraine, as a possible future competitor for the highest role in Ukraine.

Although Stefanuchk is said to be a great ally in Zelinski, he was enthusiastic about the recent international suggestions indicating that Ukraine has held elections.

In a post on Facebook earlier this month, he argued that “if there is anyone who needs to be forced to real, free and fair elections, it is (Putin).”

He pointed out that Ukraine needs “bullets, not polling cards”, according to a report issued by Newsweek.

The head of the Military Intelligence Agency in Ukraine, Bodanov, could be another who may be a competitor to the highest job in Kiev.

Budanov, who did not express their desire to search for his high position according to the Newsweek report, coincides with having a higher confidence classification than Zelenskyy among the Ukrainians.

It seems that the head of military intelligence earlier this month expressed his confidence that Ukraine may finally be able to reach a peace agreement three years of war.

“I think this will happen,” Budnov said during an interview with YouTube. “How long will it be, how effective it will be – (is) another question.”

Carnegie Politica's blog recently reported that his popularity was strong, as 80 % of the Ukrainians said they trust him. The post also indicated that the virtual surface flow in the second round between the two led to a statistical tie.

Zaluzhny did not say whether he would challenge Zelinski or if he was interested in running for the president.
