Lizzo shares some photos and messages about reaching her Goal Weight
Over the weekend, Lizzo took to Instagram to share post With over 11 million followers. In addition, the photo includes a photo of the singer posing in a dark red sports bra and matching leggings. Additionally, a screenshot attached to the photo read, “Congratulations! You have reached your weight goals…”
The second photo had a more enlarged photo of Lizzo's body. In addition, the screenshot attached to the photo shows how the singer's body mass index has decreased since January 2023.
“I did it,” she captioned the photo. “When I stepped on the scale today, I reached my weight loss goal. I haven't seen this number since 2014! Let this be a reminder that you can do anything you set your mind to. Time for new goals!”

“I've been getting a lot of comments about my body lately, so this workout video comes with a message. I love this oil, okay,” he said. “I love my body and it's amazing because there were times in my life when I was smaller than I am now and I hated myself.”
The singer reiterated the meaning of “true body positivity” before wrapping up her thoughts.
