Meta prepares for more layoffs, . CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in a company memo that he plans to cut about five percent of its “underperformers.”
“I decided to raise the bar on performance management and move low performers faster,” Zuckerberg said in the memo. “We typically manage people who don't meet expectations within a year, but now we're going to make broader cuts based on performance during this cycle.”
