She was initially arrested on March 14th and battery on a child suffering from injury and a reckless danger. It was booked in Dukes County Prison and was called later that day.
On March 20, a day after the child's death, it was called in the Edgarten County Court on charges of unintended murder.

Cotton acknowledged that he was not guilty of unintentional murder and was deployed on bail of $ 21,000. It was released with ankle control. I was also given a curfew at 6 pm.
