New York – Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards will be fined $100,000 for using profanity during a live television interview, Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations Joe Dumars announced today. The amount of the fine is based in part on Edwards' history of using profanity during media interviews.
Edwards said this in an on-court interview following the Timberwolves' 113-112 win over the Houston Rockets on Dec. 27 at Toyota Center.
