“No more $ 500 jobs for white collar India”: FINFLUENCER warns that most good jobs die

The Indian IT labor market is going through a decisive shift and not in a good way. The founder of Hatch Wisdom Hatch and Finfluensecer akshat Shrivastava Honestly released on X: “You have to be too stupid to see: IT work is dying forever. This time it won't return.”

His comments reflect the growing concerns that the traditional driving force of employment and growth disappears, so that the country leaves the country with a difficult selection before us.

Shrivastava questioned the future of the Indian growth model and warned that the country could no longer rely on its past book. “Let's be real: we can't produce, the service sector goes through the main beer. Most good jobs die in India,” he wrote.

He urged the young Indians to think critically about what would come next. “If you are a young person in India, ask: Where will our country generate growth from?” he asked. “Be loyal to yourself. Really check everything. It's your life on the line.”

Looking back, he explained why the IT Sector was once a strong engine of prosperity. “In India, it did well because: our educated, English -speaking work force can help white boys save money,” he said. “Instead of paying $ 1,000, the Indians were paid $ 500. And we were happy to take this money. Because it was still a” great “job. It increased our standard of living.”

With this era, however, Shrivastava sees a small point in waiting for structural reform. “It is expected that the government will give you a solution, it is unnecessary. It will take decades to change. And by then: you may be too old.”

Instead, he pointed to a small business as the most realistic way forward. “So where is the opportunity for you now? It's your ability to build and scalance small businesses,” he wrote, quoting examples such as Airbnb, video editing, teaching, cooking and creating content.

“Most of these things start like a hobby. And over time, a range of something big,” he added.

“Learn everything you can: Business Structure, Network, Client Management, Investing, Marketing, etc. You have to make your career.”
