In the beginning of the pandemic—and I realize I may be alone in this—it seems impossible for me to run out of new online workouts. Gyms have started to shut down, just like the rest of the world, but that hasn't stopped every fitness company and celebrity from debuting an intriguing new tool designed to get you working up a sweat in the privacy of your own home.
It's been over a year. Such as the excitement of homemade sourdough gave way to the grind day in, day out quarantine cookingI was bored with the same six PopSugar Fitness bodyweight videos and running the same 3- to 5-mile loops around my neighborhood … an endless loop, forever, until the end of time.
