A police and armed officer was killed both Pennsylvania Hospital In York County on Saturday morning, according to officials.
The accident occurred at UPMC Memorial Hospital at approximately 10:45 am
Ted Chic, the general information official at the Emergency Management Office in York County, told the Fox News Digital that his ministry responded to a 911 call about an “active threat” in the hospital.
The armed identity was not launched, but the officer who died – Andrew Duarti – was identified in a post by the Work York Borough Facebook page.

Hospital spokeswoman Suzan Manco confirmed that no patients were injured in the accident.
