Although it also stressed that “all Russia's military movement from its military ships outside (the eastern part of the Black Sea will be a violation of the spirit of this agreement, it will be considered a violation of the commitment to ensure the safe navigation of the Black Sea and the threat of Ukraine's national security.”
“In this case, it will have the full right to exercise the right to self -defense,” he added in readings after talks in his head.
Although the Kremlin also suggested that on Tuesday that it may not be ready to enforce the complete ceasefire until it is accepted in the International Rapid Banking system – and it doubts the actual success of the conversations.
