When asked about GLP-1 medications, more than 60% believe the medications can improve overall health
Notable finds include:
- When asked which post-workout recovery practices people are interested in trying “or increasing” in 2025: The use of a sauna was reported by 69.1% of respondentswhile 50% reported assisted stretching and 42.4% chose an ice bath or cryotherapy.
- When asked about GLP-1 drugs, 60.8% believe that these drugs have the potential to improve overall health.
- AND a high percentage (74.7%) plans to prioritize their health in 2025, compared to 62.4% of respondents who focused more on their health in 2024. Almost a 20% increase!
- 99.3% respondents confirmed this feel happier after completing a workoutboosting mental health benefits of sweating.
- For the third year in a row, building muscle is the ultimate health goal entering the new year, followed by better eating, overall more exercise and weight loss.
- Strength training is the most preferred training routine, just before cardio-focused workouts.
“People of all ages are realizing the benefits of strength training and recovery by making it a priority in their routine,” he said
Survey respondents were asked 17 questions about their health, exercise habits, exercise and other topics:
- When it comes to nutrition, more than 65% of respondents said they do not follow a specific nutritional philosophy or eat intuitively.
- 59.5% of respondents use the supplement daily, with protein powder, multivitamins and vitamin D are the most popular. Of those who take supplements, more than 60% say they take at least two to four a day.
- When learning about new nutritional and wellness trends, 48.6% prefer advice from certified professionalscompared to 13% who rely solely on social media.
- When it comes to fitness apps, people use them the most exercisesfollows data tracking, nutrition and meditation.
- More than 80% said they earn at least a few days a week time dedicated to self-care and activities that make them happy.
