The reality star told her on Monday Instagram followers “Ask” and many of his followers did just that. He shared tons of questions and answers on his Instagram stories.

While some wanted to know about “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” others wanted to know about her personal life, therapy, and how she felt.

One fan asked: “How do you manage it all?” “I'm out of control, so I'm confused,” Paul replied. Underneath, she added: “Also, cry, laugh, heal, deal with humor, feel what I'm feeling right now and move on.”

When asked if he had any regrets, Paul explained why he didn't.

“Everything I've done has led me to where I am today and who I am with today,” she wrote. “I wish I had done some things completely differently?”

“I cry every day. It's grief, let it pass and you'll get well,” she said. “The more you resist the pain, the longer the suffering, you learned the hard way.”

She also shared what her “biggest struggle” is with co-parenting.

“Calm after chaos. Losing time with your kids. Incongruity,” she shared.

Another fan asked, “What part of growing up are you most proud of?” He replied, “I had a spiritual awakening, as they call it. You're aware, and now you realize that you're aware. It sounds weird, I know, but once you feel it, it's crazy, and it's like, where was I? “

The MomTok leader is very open to going to therapy to help her heal and grow. When asked what the number one thing she learned in therapy, she shared, “You think it's going to be as simple as it sounds.”

He continued, “You're not going to get different results with the same actions. Change is hard, especially when you're trying to rewire the brain.”

When another fan asked about the “best advice” he got from his therapist, Paul shared three things.

“Give me these versions. I can't give you what I don't already have,” he explained. “The best thing about healing is getting [to] help others heal.”

Another person asked Paul how he was “really doing” and Paul said he was “very sad” and “in a lot of pain”.

“This time is different because I have awareness, tools and people to help. I feel like I'm grieving all at once,” she said. “This year is going to be amazing, but you have to work with it.”

Paul did not shy away from the questions his fans were wondering.

“What keeps you so honest? You're still so kind after all the betrayals you've been through,” one person wondered.

“It's all coming to light,” Paul replied. “I've betrayed people, I've been down, I've been a villain, I've been hated the most on the Internet. [to] Do the grace and forgiveness given to me.”

Another follower wanted to delve deeper into their relationship struggles, asking if it was more difficult for her and Mortensen to divorce or separate.

“I'm grieving for both of them. Since then, I've run or fought, had two babies, gone to jail, the whole internet was talking about it. Paul also answered a question about how he deals with the hate and abuse he receives online.

“Ignore it,” he said. “What they think is none of my business and I don't care.”

Season 1 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is currently streaming on Hulu and will air on ABC on January 27th as part of ABC's Winter Programming Line-Up. Season 2 is currently in production and will be released on Hulu in May 2025, according to Paul.
