A billions of push support to produce libertarian enclaves in Central America has been imported back to the United States, where proponents want to lay the basis for their own private running, governed by cities.
A new lobbying group, called Coalition Cities Coalitionwant to convince President Trump and Congress to allow the creation of new special development zones within the US These zones will allow wealthy investors to write their own laws and set up their own management structures which will control and not involve a traditional bureaucracy. New zones can also serve as a testbed for weird new technologies without the need for government administration.
Wired recently —the only reported That the coalition is forming a law in Congress that will allow the establishment of a network of new “cities.” One of the chief motivations for creating these communities is to make new “scientific” and technology development initiatives be carried out without the need for regulatory administration. The outlet writes:
According to interviews and performances viewed by wired, the purpose of these cities is to have areas where clinical anti-election tests, nuclear reactors startups, and building construction can continue without having to obtain initial approval from agencies such as Food and Drug Administration, the nuclear regulatory commission, and the environmental protection agency.

Prospera made it possible through a special regulatory setup, called a special economic (or ZEDE) zone, established in the country in 2013 at the end of a US-supported coup. Prospera is also part of something called “Network state“An anarcho-capitalist ideology movement, supported by tech-billionaires, aimed at creating privately operating cities with native cryptocurrencies.
