The agency was “within a few hours of shooting almost the entire employee,” said Deepak Gupta, a lawyer representing CFPB staff. “The decision is encouraged and we look forward to continuing the pressure of our case in court.”

“If the defendants are not served, they will eliminate the agency before the court decides whether the law allows them, and how the defendants warned their own witnesses,” Berman Jackson wrote.
She rejected the key evidence of the Ministry of Justice, which the lawyers submitted and called some claims “charade for the contribution of the court”.
The judge wrote that Mark Paoletta, the highest legal officer of CFPB, “insults the reader's intelligence as he pretends to be surprised” that few CFPB employees are still working.

Berman Jackson also said that Adam Martinez, Chief Operating Director, after being undermined as an administration, appeared at the witness stand between “loyalty to his new employers and the truth he plays on his face.”
Berman Jackson ordered CFPB not to remove any data, restore the completed workers and allow you to continue working.
