Tips on How to Stay on Track with SSD


\Week 3 of our Spring Weight Loss Challenge is here and we know it can be easy to get a little carried away by your goals, so here are 5 tips to help you stay motivated and move toward your goals!

1. Plan Ahead

One of the best ways to keep track of your workouts is to schedule them into your day. Write them down or add them to your calendar and block off your free time so you feel determined to complete your workout every day.

2. Meal Preparation

Take some time every week meal preparation + Keep healthy snacks on hand. This way, when you're in a pinch, you'll be prepared with nutritious options instead of turning to unhealthy choices in your pantry.

3. Mix Up Your Workouts

Don't get stuck in an exercise routine! Keep things interesting by mixing up your daily workouts. Try different exercise types from our video library MOVE APP. From HIIT to yoga, there's everything!

4. Find an Exercise Buddy

Having a workout buddy can make your daily workouts more fun and motivating. This could be a family member, close friend, or an LSF doll! We also strongly believe that Accountability Groups are an important factor in keeping you motivated throughout the challenges we face. It's never too late to join or create one!

5. Reward Yourself

Don't forget to celebrate your progress along the way! Set small goals for yourself and reward yourself when you reach them. Treat yourself to a new workout outfit, a self-care day, or a fun activity you enjoy. These rewards can help you stay motivated and excited to continue your journey.
