Your goal is to find hidden words that fit the theme of the puzzle. If you get stuck, find any words you can. Whenever you find three words with four letters or more, Strands will display one of the theme words. These are the words I used to get those clues, but any word of four or more letters you can find will work:
- FOOD, GAME, SEAT, SEAM, SEAMER, GATE, TENS, PATE, PATES, SELL, CHIT, CHITS, SHELL, HELL, FELL.
Answers for today's Strands puzzle
These are the answers related to the theme. The object of the puzzle is to find them all, including the spangram, a theme word that stretches from one side of the puzzle to the other. Once you get all of them (I used to think there were always eight but found out the number can vary), every letter on the board will be used. Here are the nonspangram answers:
- CREAM, IVORY, LINEN, VANILLA, EGGSHELL, CHAMPAGNE.
Today's Strands spangram
Today's Strands spangram is OFF WHITES To find it, start with O which is the bottom four letters in the left column, and circle across.
