Leading the list is WBA, WBC, WBO, IBF, IBO world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk from Simferopol, Crimea, Ukraine, with a record of 23 wins, 0 losses, and 14 stoppages.
Usyk defeated WBC World Heavyweight Champion ‘The Gypsy King’ Tyson Fury by 24-fight stoppage to go 34-2-1 in Morecambe, England. In June, Usyk unified and defeated WBC champion ‘Gypsy King’ Tyson Fury by split decision. In their rematch in December, he won a unanimous decision over Fury.
WBC, WBO, IBF, WBA and IBO light heavyweight champion Artur Beterbiev unified the titles in October in Kasavurt, Russia, going 21-0 with 20 stops. He defeated previously undefeated WBA and IBO champion Dmitrii Bivol (23-1) by 12 stops in a controversial decision in Tokmak, KYRG. In January he stopped Callum ‘Mundo’ Smith (29-1) in Liverpool, England.
WBA and WBO Super World Cruiserweight Champion Gilberto 'Zurdo' Ramirez of Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico, 47-1, 30 stops. He won the WBA title last March in Yerevan, Armenia, by defeating previously undefeated Arsen 'Feroz' Goulamirian 27-0. In November he defeated WBO champion Chris ‘The Gentleman’ Billam-Smith (20-1) of Bournemouth, England.
WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO super middleweight champion Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez (62-2-2, 39 fights by drop) from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. In May, he beat previously undefeated Jaime Munguia (43-1) of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. In September he beat the previously unbeaten Edgar 'The Chosen One' Berlanga (17 stoppages) 22-1 in New York, NY.
IBF, WBA, WBC, WBO super bantamweight champion Naoya ‘Monster’ Inoue, 25-0, 25-fight suspension in Yokohama, Japan. In June, he stopped Luis Neri, 35-2, with 27 stoppages in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. In September he stopped TJ Doheny (26-4) from Portlaoise, Ireland and Bondi Junction, New South Wales, Australia.
